Sophia Antipolis is the technology center in the South of France. The roads are quite congested and one healthy alternative is cycling. We list here some tracks that forumazur.com members are using. Spring and Autumn are ideal as the temperature is not too hot yet and you still have light in the morning and evening.

Roads go up and down, you need to have enough gears to adapt. Use our hourly weather forecast to plan and avoid getting wet.

Although there are many cars, I never felt endangered. Different to other countries, you better take over on the left side as cars are used to make space for motor cycles.

Please send us your tracks!

Example: Grasse (Stade Perdigon) to Sophia Antipolis (Route Lucioles)
